"Empowering German Startups to Scale Globally" is German Accelerator’s slogan. The program aims at German startups that have already shown some promising success in Germany and have the potential to succeed internationally, too. We are very pleased to announce that the German Accelerator selection committee has attested LIME such potential: We were accepted into this major startup program that is supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi)!

"Hey team, good news!", Andi announced the great news to us. During the past weeks, he has been writing the extensive application and put a lot of time and effort especially into the creation of a new pitch deck. "It was absolutely worth it. The program is a huge step towards a US expansion. The expert support brings a huge advantage over mastering the entire market entry without the technical know-how".

The support is aimed at several sectors - our AnyHand can be placed in the German Accelerator Life Science Program, which is located in Cambridge near Boston. An individually assembled team of experienced mentors will accompany us over the next few months during the multi-level program’s first phase. The "Prep Program" is mainly focused on the market analysis in the U.S., regulatory requirements for a medical device and support in building a local network. After about four months, a plan and agenda will have been created to prepare the market entry and derive next steps.

Dedicated coaching and workshops are part of the support that German Accelerator provides, as well as local help to establish a presence in close proximity to some of the most important universities in the country, numerous biotech companies and a well-positioned healthcare sector.

The admission to the German Accelerator program is not only a priceless support in terms of content. It is also a sign of how well LIME is positioned and how much development potential the experienced Life Sciences experts see in us. Our joy about this recognition and the big steps towards internationalization could hardly be greater!
