Your mission

You control the entire recruitment process: You view incoming applications and find further candidates via active sourcing. You conduct initial discussions and interviews and coordinate the process with hiring managers and the team. A well thought-out employer branding complements your activities. You accompany new team members through a comprehensive onboarding process.
Following your personal interests, other HR topics such as Team Development or Team Happiness can be added over time.
Your life consists of several projects? We can discuss together if you want to start with a full-time position or if another model suits you better.

About you
Your profile
You think strategically, have a high level of personal responsibility and maintain an overview of your project even with many players.
You focus on the most important things. You recognize what requires 100% commitment today and what can be optimized later.
You're smart and creative. You proactively challenge the status quo and contribute your opinion.
You have extensive communication skills, are empathetic and can conduct job interviews in both German and English.
You have initial professional experience in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
