After the Congress of the German Association of Occupational Therapists (DVE) in Osnabrück just under a month ago, the LIME tour stopped in Berlin from 17 to 21 June 2019 at the World Congress of Hand Surgery and Therapy. Under the guiding theme of "Building Bridges - Together Hand in Hand", doctors and therapists from all over the world gathered to catch up on the latest developments in hand therapy in numerous workshops and lectures.
Shortly before departure, the second generation of our AnyHand brochures arrived, which we had optimised again after the DVE trade fair. In addition, we were also able to take our near-series prototype on the road for the first time and thus present our work much more vividly than before. The international audience was enthusiastic - already on the first evening we had countless conversations with doctors and therapists from Japan, Spain, the USA and many other nationalities. The central question again and again was: "When will you be at the market?"
Our motivation for product certification could not be
could not be greater at the moment. The time in Berlin has once again shown us with all
how urgently AnyHand is needed and that we are heading in the right direction.
we are heading in the right direction.
The many agreed appointments for product presentations
both in Germany and around the world will turn the LIME Tour into a real
months will turn the LIME tour into a real tour. We are looking forward to it!
The IFSSH and IFSHT (International Federation of Societies for Surgery of the Hand and International Federation of Societies for Hand Therapy) congresses take place only every three years and bring together diverse players worldwide. It was a double stroke of luck that this time it took place in Berlin and was the most attended edition! Besides workshops and lectures where one can get up to date with the latest science and research, the event is above all a unique opportunity that excellently promotes interdisciplinary exchange among the 3500 doctors and therapists present. This communication is extremely important to ensure holistic good care for hand patients all over the world.
